Most cancellations received by March 31, 2016 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If received between April 1 and May 15, a 65% refund will be given; if between May 15 and May 31, a 50% refund.* After May 31, no refunds will be made.
*The cancellation fee for guests sharing cabins may be significantly higher than stated above, due to our costs of committing to reserve the cabins. In this case, we will determine a cancellation refund based on the particular circumstances of the situation.
